For most country, we ship with China Post Air Mail with free shipping, usually takes 10-35 days. your order will be shipped out in 3 days as soon as the payment is confirmed, But for some special situation. like weekends, items sold out temporarily, items need taken from chain store or bad weather ect, proccessing time will be extend (3-6 days), If the items sold out temporarily,we will contact you, then you choose waiting for it come back or replace, or you can apply to refund. If your order is urgent, please choose the shipping way of DHL or EMS. For USA, we advise you to choose the shipping way of Epacket, shipping fee is very low but faster a than China Post air mail.

RETURNS&EXCHANGE                                                                                                 

1.  Quality Issues: Full refunds or exchange are issued for quality issues and we will pay for return postage both ways. (Quality issues include: obvious stains, tear damage, and defective products.)

2.  Size & Color Issues: Customers who receive products with wrong size or color are eligible for a exchange or refund.  Note: the size is manual measure,there may be 1-3cm allowable range error. the color issues does not including slight chromatism problem caused by light and monitor. it is inavetable.

Attention: All return & exchange items must be returned in 7days. The return and exchange may be made only if your product is eligible.
